On November 11, 2024, our sweet Pomsky Angel, Nala Renee Willow O’Connor, crossed the Rainbow Bridge after a sudden battle with diabetes. Despite the incredible efforts of the veterinary hospital that saved her life twice, we were forced to make the most heartbreaking decision of our lives. 💔

For 7 unforgettable years, Nala filled our lives with unconditional love, joy, and laughter. She wasn’t “just a dog” — she was family, a best friend, and a source of light during the darkest times.

🎁 Nala came into my life as a birthday gift, during a time when I was struggling to find happiness. From the moment I held her, I knew she was more than a gift—she was my daughter, my heart, and my forever companion. No present could ever compare.

✨ Nala’s Personality:

  • 🐕 Fun-loving, energetic & beautifully spoiled

  • 😈 Mischievous with the cutest “innocent” face

  • 🌳 Loved the outdoors, running, walks, and park adventures

  • 🎾 Obsessed with her iFetch, treats, bones & especially doggy ice creams (Frosty Paws/Dogsters!)

  • ❤️ The most empathetic soul — always knowing how we felt before we even said a word

Her diva attitude and hilarious antics never failed to amaze us. She was happiest when surrounded by her whole family, and her absence leaves an ache words can’t describe.

💖 Nala is survived by her devoted dog mom, Kellie O’Connor, and her loving doggy grandparents, Kim and John O’Connor. She blessed our lives in ways beyond measure, and though our time was cut short, our bond is eternal.

“You were my favorite hello and my hardest goodbye.”

Forever in our hearts, sweet girl. Until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge… 🐾💞
