🍌🥜 Peanut Butter, Banana & Yoghurt Pupsicle
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter (xylitol-free!)
- ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into silicone molds or ice cube trays. Freeze overnight and serve chilled!
🍉 Watermelon & Yoghurt Delight
Ingredients:
- 1 cup seedless watermelon chunks
- ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt
Instructions:
Blend until smooth. Freeze in fun shapes or small molds. Great for hydration and a sweet summer treat!
🫐 Blueberry Yoghurt Bliss
Ingredients:
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- ½ cup plain yoghurt
Instructions:
